Join an established ophthalmology practice with immediate patient demand, a large referral base, and limited regional competition. This opportunity is well suited for a surgical ophthalmologist looking to build a busy cataract and glaucoma practice with strong optometry and clinical support.
Position Highlights
- Full-scope general ophthalmology with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma surgery

- Join an eye care department supported by three optometrists and an experienced technician team
- Established testing and optical services allow you to focus on clinical and surgical care

Schedule & Practice
- Consistent patient volume with a blend of clinic and surgical responsibilities
- Established infrastructure and support for both patient care and procedural work
- Opportunity to develop a long-term practice within a growing service area
Compensation & Benefits
- $450,000 to $475,000 guaranteed base salary for the first two years, with an RVU-based production model from day one
- $100,000 sign-on bonus paid over four years
- $20,000 relocation assistance and 6 weeks of paid time off annually
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Surgical experience or training in cataract and glaucoma procedures
- Experienced physicians and upcoming residency graduates encouraged to apply
- Interest in developing a long-term practice within a growing service area
